Pay Rate: $50.00/hr to $54.00/hr on W2
Location: Miami, FL (Hybrid)
Must Have Skills / Requirements
1) 5+ years of experience in data analytics, including 2+ years in a people management or lead role.
2) Proven experience with BI and data visualization tools, including at least two of the following: DOMO, Tableau, Microstrategy, Looker, Power BI.
3) Advanced SQL expertise with strong experience in Snowflake or similar cloud-based data warehouse platforms.
4) Familiarity with content/media workflows, digital product ecosystems, or large-scale data environments.
5) Knowledge of API-based data integration and cloud-based architecture (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).
6) Strong understanding of data governance, metadata management, and data quality best practices.
7) Experience designing and developing data pipelines and ETL/ELT workflows.
8) Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering analytics projects on time and at scale

Education / Certifications
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field. Advanced degree advantageous.
