Description Training Administrative Assistant Mission Hills, CA Schedule: Full Time (Monday through Friday) Job Description: We are looking for a Training Administrative Assistant to join our team and help provide administrative support to our training staff. The Training Administrative Assistant will be responsible for organizing the training schedule, providing technical support and answering general inquiries for training participants, and providing general administrative support for general administrative departments.
Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain forms and procedures and assist with administrative tasks for the Training Department.
- Manage and organize the schedule of employee training classes and ensure the training calendar is updated regularly.
- Provide support to trainers and participants during online and in-person training classes.
- Assist staff with technical support with company-mandated mobile apps (Paycom Learning).
- Respond to miscellaneous inquiries from employees and others and refer, when necessary, to the appropriate person, official or department.
- Organize and take minutes for departmental meetings within the Training Department.
- Maintain a learning management system for all employee training classes and provide status updates to trainers before each class.
- Manage class sign-up and attendance numbers and share them at the weekly team meetings.
- Configure Zoom call links for online training classes.
- Provide backup for the Receptionist/Front Desk.
- Other general office duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications: - High School diploma or GED
- 1-3 years Receptionist and Administrative Experience with General Office Skills
- Ability to treat delicate information with respect and in a confidential manner.
- Computer proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Excellent communication skills (including phone calls and emails)
- Ability to interact effectively at all levels and across diverse cultures.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
