St. Ann Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, in Dover, NH, is a beautifully renovated 54 bed facility offering short- and long-term care in a warm and supportive atmosphere where residents are cared for according to their individual needs.
We are looking for a passionate RN or LPN with skilled nursing management experience to step into a full-time, 32-hour/week role at our facility as an RN Unit Manager.
Schedule;
Day shift – enjoy consistent hours and work/life balance
32 hours/week – 4 days on, 3 days off
On-call rotation – once every 4 weeks

Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Day-to-day coordinator and 24-hour over-sight of the unit.
• Monitor resident care by licensed nurses & LNA’s.
• Ensure resident care and documentation is in compliance with HIPPA, State and Federal regulations for healthcare.
• Ensure physician orders are being followed, monitor medication & treatment schedules, and MDS documentation is accurate.
• Work collaborative with other departments, assists ADON, working most closely and under the direction of the Director of Nurses.
• Assess, plan, implement and monitor resident care to ensure that care needs are being met
• Maintain confidentiality of all resident-related care information to ensure HIPAA compliance
• Provide overall supervision of Licensed Nurses, LNAs and LMNAs and the care provided to residents on the assigned unit.
Requirements:
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Must possess and maintain a current nursing license from the State of New Hampshire and be in good standing with the NH Board of Nursing
• 2-3 years of long-term care (preferred)
• Supervisory experience
• Must be punctual, dependable and demonstrate compassion and patience
• Excellent communication skills; must be able to read, write and speak English
• Must be team-oriented
