In this introductory position, you will support the design and improvement of our website and other digital tools used by our clients. Responsibilities: Assist in designing and improving the user experience for our website and digital platforms. Help create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to visualize design concepts. Collaborate with the marketing and development teams to ensure design consistency and usability. Conduct basic user research, including user feedback and usability testing. Assist in optimizing web pages to ensure they are both functional and visually appealing. Ensure designs are mobile-friendly and responsive across different devices. Support the design of landing pages, email templates, and other digital assets. Help with visual design tasks, such as graphics for social media, blog posts, and client presentations. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, Interactive Design, or a related field (or currently pursuing). Basic understanding of UX/UI design principles and user-centered design. Familiarity with design tools like Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar (a plus, but not required). Some experience with wireframing, prototyping, and designing responsive web pages (internships or personal projects are acceptable). Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating user-friendly digital experiences. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. A portfolio or examples of design work (personal projects, class projects, etc.) is highly encouraged. A desire to learn and grow in the field of UX/UI design. Why Join Us?
