What You’ll Do:

As a Van Driver, your responsibilities will include:

• Safely delivering packages to customers in your community
• Maintaining excellent customer service throughout your shifts
• Adhering to company policies, including uniform guidelines

What We’re Looking For:

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

• The ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
• A valid driver’s license (no CDL required; license type varies by state)
• To pass the DOT physical
• Strong customer service and driving skills
• The legal right to work in the U.S.
• Compliance with UPS appearance guidelines and uniform requirements

Working Conditions:

As a full-time casual package delivery driver, you can expect:

• Workdays of 8 to 10 hours
• Flexible schedules (Monday - Friday or Tuesday - Saturday) based on business needs

*This is a seasonal role . Starting here could lead to a permanent position with even more benefits! Full-time delivery drivers can earn an average total compensation package of $145,000 per year , including:

• $0 healthcare premiums
• Up to seven weeks of paid vacation
• Paid time off for holidays, sick leave, and option days
• Contributions to a defined-benefit pension plan
