Join Our Team as a Van Driver - Non CDL Vehicle at UPS!

What You'll Be Doing

As a Casual Package Delivery Driver , your day will be filled with:

• Safely delivering packages of all shapes and sizes.
• Engaging with customers and providing top-notch service.
• Adhering to company policies, including uniform guidelines.
• Staying physically active while lifting packages up to 70 lbs.

What We’re Looking For

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

• A valid driver’s license (no CDL required, varies by state).
• To pass the DOT physical.
• Excellent customer service and driving skills.
• The legal right to work in the U.S.
• To comply with UPS appearance guidelines and wear the company-provided uniform.

Working Conditions

As a full-time casual package delivery driver, you can expect:

• Workdays of 8 to 10 hours, with varying schedules (Monday - Friday or Tuesday - Saturday).

*Note: This is a seasonal role, but it’s a fantastic way to start your journey with UPS. Permanent, full-time delivery drivers can earn an average total compensation package of $145,000 per year , including healthcare benefits, paid vacation, and contributions to a pension plan.
