MAINTENANCE TECHNICIANS NEEDED – $22-23/hr (based on experience) | WEEKLY PAY | GROWTH OPPORTUNITIES

What We’re Looking For:

• Experienced maintenance technicians who have their own tools
• Ability to perform vacant unit turns
• Experience with appliance repair , including dishwashers
• Skills in light plumbing, electrical, painting, drywall
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Reliable transportation + ability to lift 40–50 lbs

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1+ years of apartment, building, or commercial maintenance experience
• CPO, EPA, or HVAC certification (a PLUS, not required)
• Familiarity with work orders and unit turns
