Who We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a warm, collaborative, and skilled Therapist who is passionate about treating eating and anxiety disorders with evidence-based care. The ideal candidate brings experience or strong interest in working with adolescents, adults, and families and is ready to step into a thriving team environment.

You Are:

• Licensed in Virginia (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, PsyD, or PhD)
• Experienced in treating eating disorders is a MUST, anxiety, and working with families
• Comfortable with a mixed caseload (teens and adults)
• Eager to grow in your clinical skills and contribute meaningfully to a specialized team
• Organized, compassionate, and clinically curious

Your Role:

• Provide outpatient therapy to adolescents and adults using evidence-based approaches (FBT, CBT-E, CBT)
• Conduct initial assessments and develop treatment plans
• Collaborate closely with families and caregivers to support recovery
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, supervision, and ongoing training
• Contribute to outreach and educational programs as needed
• Maintain a high standard of ethical and professional practice

Must be able to relocate or already be based in the area before starting. This is an in-person position with some flexibility for hybrid days.
