eNGINE is hiring a Project Manager to support a portfolio of capital construction projects that are quick turn around and high-volume in scope. These projects roll up under larger capital programs and are critical to ensuring efficient operations and execution across their infrastructure. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can juggle multiple moving parts at once, and enjoys driving repeatable projects through completion. This position focuses on quick in-and-out deliverables that require strong organizational skills, proactive communication, and the ability to manage both internal stakeholders and external contractors.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage multiple small-to-medium capital construction projects under assigned programs, ensuring delivery on scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Partner with Project Sponsors, Planning, and Asset Management teams to define program scope, objectives, risks, and success measures.
  • Develop high-level schedules, detailed work plans, cost estimates, and resource allocation strategies.
  • Coordinate internal resources and external contractors/consultants to ensure alignment and execution.
  • Manage program and project budgets, forecasts, and cash flow, reporting variances to management in a timely manner.
  • Monitor and control risks, changes, and project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
  • Conduct site visits as needed to support project delivery.
  • Perform project closeout, document lessons learned, and maintain organized project records for future reference.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in project or program management within construction, utilities, or related industries.
  • Candidates with backgrounds at utility contractors or in construction project/program management will be strongly preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple fast-paced concurrently.
  • Strong understanding of construction/project execution, financial controls, and contractor management.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to coordinate across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in project management processes, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
