Vista Prairie at Fieldcrest is seeking a Director of Health Services to use your skills and play a crucial role in the well-being of our residents. You actively ensure that the health and safety of all residents are met and ensure that the facility is in compliance with current regulations and standards while ensuring that customer service is at the forefront of every interaction. Imagine the smile on the faces of the residents and staff when you help them achieve their best. You will also deliver and manage care through the Aspire Lifestyle Model to honor residents and enhance their quality of life. As a Director of Health Services, you will also Engage residents using the Aspire 5 pillars of wellness including Social, Physical, Intellectual, Emotional, Spiritual, and much more! Together we can make a meaningful impact on the lives of our residents.
Schedule: This is a Full-time position, M-F business hours, on-call rotation.
