As a new Maintenance Manufacturing Technician at Barron Industries Inc., you can expect a dynamic and engaging workday that revolves around keeping our manufacturing operations running smoothly. Your typical schedule will be Monday through Friday, from 6:00 am to 3:30 pm, with occasional weekends to ensure we maintain optimal machinery performance. Daily tasks will involve performing routine inspections, troubleshooting electrical and automation systems, and executing preventative maintenance (PM) on CNC machines, hydraulics, and pneumatics.

You’ll also collaborate with your team to tackle any maintenance challenges that arise in our foundry and during the operation of induction ovens. Safety is paramount, so you’ll adhere strictly to safety protocols while actively participating in our energetic culture. As you grow in this role, you'll enhance your skills and become an integral part of our commitment to innovation and excellence.
