Salary: Competitive salary based on education and/or experience and $500 bonus after 6 months and $1,000 bonus after 1 year! Benefits: Health, dental, vision, life insurance, long term disability, 401(k), paid-time off, $5,000 annual tuition reimbursement, holiday pay, etc. Days: Monday through Friday Hours: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (may vary) Position The UI/UX Designer will play a crucial role in the development and delivery of high-quality products that meet the needs of our customers and contribute to the success of the company. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, design, marketing, and customer support, to ensure the successful execution of the product roadmap. You will be entrusted with work across UI/UX disciplines to take complex applications and transform them into simple, intuitive experiences. Conceptualizes, prototypes, presents and delivers design systems, branding guidelines, and completed products. This highly motivated individual will possess the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization in a professional, fast-paced environment, demonstrating extensive technical knowledge, problem-resolution skills, and a responsive, friendly, service-oriented work ethic. As a UI/UX Designer, you will work with cross-functional teams using Agile methodology to define user stories and UX deliverables. You are responsible for making design system decisions based on UX best practices and design methodology at scale. You will collaborate with developers to find the most effective, expedient and efficient way to implement design system solutions. Adaptability and strategic agility are key, as you navigate the dynamic landscape of market trends and emerging opportunities. Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree required. Prior Experience as a UI/UX Designer. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail. Proven ability to drive projects from concept to completion. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office products including, at a minimum, Word, Excel & Outlook. Strong understanding of agile development methodologies. Responsibilities Work with a cross-functional team using Agile methodology to define user stories and UX deliverables. Own design system decisions based on UX best practices and design system methodology at scale Collaborate with developers to find the most effective, expedient and efficient way to implement design system solutions Responsible for design and maintenance of websites, mobile sites, and applications. Collect, analyze, present and action feedback and manage changes to deliverables Presents work in a clear and compelling manner to stakeholders (be able to explain design recommendations by citing best practices, research data or business requirements) Designs the visual style, interface and interaction patterns of applications and graphic design experiences for S3, and occasionally OBI as a whole Develop conceptual diagrams, wireframes, visual mockups and prototypes Develop and maintain detailed specifications and design patterns Prepare, manage, update and distribute documentation (usage guidelines, ecosystem, branding style guides) Advocate for the user and collaborate with stakeholders to develop features and flows that align with the user\'s needs Collects feedback from beta tests and user data for continuing shaping UX experiences to fit and adapt to the needs of the user Ability to work on several projects and applications at once Seniority level Entry level Employment type Full-time Job function Other Industries Hospitals and Health Care #J-18808-Ljbffr Our Blood Institute
