About the Role: Product Designer, Gamification & Player Experience
We’re hiring a world-class Product Designer to lead the creation of Brodie 3.0 — an all-new, gamified player experience that rewards competition, loyalty, and swagged-out customization. From XP systems and badge unlocks to skins and team dashboards, you’ll design the digital layer of our league like a game engine.
You’ll work directly with the Directors of Design, Tech, and Operations to imagine, build, and polish Brodie’s most important player-facing features across mobile and web. This role requires more than UI chops — it demands product thinking, systems design, and a gamer’s sense of what feels good .
